The Embassy of India in Bogota, in alliance with the Instituto Distrital de Recreacion y Deporte (IDRD) held yesterday the rehearsal of the Common Yoga Protocol in the framework of the commemoration of the 25 days prior to the International Day of Yoga 2025.
In the activity, the 130 teachers of physical activity of the district got to know in depth this practice and how it can be implemented for the welfare of citizens.

La Embajada de la India en Bogotá, en alianza con el Instituto Distrital de Recreación y Deporte (IDRD) realizó ayer el ensayo del Protocolo Común de Yoga en el marco de la conmemoración de los 25 días previos al Día Internacional del Yoga 2025.
En la actividad, los 130 profesores de actividad física del distrito conocieron en profundidad esta práctica y cómo se puede implementar para el bienestar de los ciudadanos.
