ITEC SCHOLARSHIPS 2026-2027

The Indian Technical and Economic Cooperation Program (ITEC) was established on September 15th 1964, by the Indian Government, with the objective of establishing cooperation relations between developing countries. In Colombia the ITEC program was established in 2002. Following courses may be found atITEC Website

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

An applicant interested in a course under the ITEC Scholarship programme should meet the following criteria:

  • 1.  Colombian nationality
  • 2.  Should meet the academic or other requirements set by the Institute for the course applicant is interested in
  • 3.  Should be between 25 to 45 years of age
  • 4.  Should have a work experience of a minimum of 5 years in the field / subject the applicant is applying for
  • 5.  Should have a working knowledge of English - (minimum B2 in the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR) )
  • 6.  Should be medically fit
  • 7.  Should have Yellow Fever Vaccination Certificate

The  application form, duly filled in and signed by the applicant, along with supporting documents must be sent in original directly to Embassy of India in Bogotá, Colombia.
