Instructions: 

1) Fresh Registrations: If you did not receive any "Password Reset" email from Embassy earlier, May please signup first using the the Signup form. After successful Signup with the Portal, You will get an activation link on your email provided, click on the link and activate your user. This is just portal registration only.

2) If you had registered with Embassy earlier, you might have received "Password Reset" Link from the Embassy. Using the link reset/create your password for the portal. If you had registered earlier with Embassy but did not get Password Reset link, you may try "Forgot Password" option to reset/create your Password for the Portal.

3) After activation of your user a/c with the portal, Please register your details with us, using the form "Register with Embassy". One form is sufficient per family and you can fill details of your family members along with their Passport details, in the section provided in the form. Please note that, you need to login first to the portal to see the form or/and to fill the details.

4) Those who want to return to India due to Emergency or any compelling reasons, may fill the "Travel-to-India Request form". One form should be filled for each person separately in this case. Please note that, you need to login first to the portal to see the form or/and to fill the details. * Embassy is not in receipt of any official communication in respect of evacuation plans/flights from Colombia & Ecuador and this information is only for the purpose of assessment. Please read the instructions carefully before filling the form.
