The 7th edition of the Bharat Footwear and Leather Expo (BFLEX) will take place at the India International Convention and Expo Center (IICC), Dwarka, New Delhi (Yashobhoomi) from 12 to 14 November 2025.

For this seventh edition, participation of approximately 400 Indian exhibitors and 100 international exhibitors are expected. For the first time, the fair will welcome foreign companies as exhibitors, reflecting its growing global reach. In addition, around 350 international buyers are expected to attend, along with a strong presence of buying houses and agents from across India, as seen in the previous edition.

The fair will feature a comprehensive exhibition of footwear, leather bags, accessories, and related products, including dedicated zones for international exhibitors, B2B meetings, industry-specific seminars and workshops, and various networking activities, facilitating meaningful connections among key players in the sector, both nationally and internationally.

Participation fees (with early bird discount available until 31 July 2025, the layout is attached):

  • 9 m² booth: USD 1,650 / EUR 1,440

  • 12 m² booth: USD 2,196 / EUR 1,920

  • 18 m² booth: USD 3,294 / EUR 2,880

  • 24 m² booth: USD 4,392 / EUR 3,840

  • 36 m² booth: USD 6,588 / EUR 5,760

Exhibitors will receive the following complimentary benefits: inclusion of the company profile in the official catalogue and on the fair’s website, promotion through marketing materials, provision of display materials (hooks, paper, hangers), bottled water during exhibition days, and 25% discount on advertising in the exhibitor catalogue, enhancing visibility and promotion of products to a highly targeted audience.

Hosted Buyer Programme

International buyers interested in sourcing leather and footwear products from India can apply for the complimentary hospitality package, which includes:

  • 3 nights of complimentary accommodation in a 5-star hotel in New Delhi (with breakfast)

  • Arrival on the afternoon of 11 November

  • Stay during the fair (3 nights)

  • Return flight can be scheduled for the evening of 14 November

  • The package is valid for one director or senior executive per company

  • Possible reimbursement of economy-class airfare (subject to government funding availability)
