Corrigendum regarding Redevelopment and Maintenance of website for Embassy of India, Bogota- May 2022

Attention is invited to this Mission’s Tender No.BOG/885/01/2018-22 (ii) published on 25 May 2022 with regard to ‘Redevelopment and Maintenance of Website of Embassy of India, Bogota, Colombia’.

2. The following additions is being made to the tender document:

Para 5 (c): The agencies may also submit their Technical Bids & Financial Bids separately through email and in the password protected format. The passwords may be shared separately by email on 14 or 15 June 2022 [before 12:00 hrs. on 15.06.2022 (Colombia time)].

Para 4: The Agency must get at least 3 good references from Indian Missions/ Posts/ Central Govts./ State Govts./ PSUs abroad.

Para 4.1: The bidder should have completed at least 8-10 orders for website development and maintenance for Indian Missions/ Posts/ Central Govts./ State Govts./ PSUs during the past five years i.e. 2017 – 2022.

3. All other terms and conditions of the Tender including the final date of submission of bids and the date of opening of bids will remain unchanged.

Request for Proposal (RFP) for Redevelopment and Maintenance of website for Embassy of India, Bogota- May 2022

Embassy of India, Bogota, Colombia hereafter referred to as EMBASSY is one of the Indian Missions and Posts located around the world under Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India. The Embassy is engaged in promotion of bilateral relations – political, economic & commercial, education & culture, people to people contact, etc. between India and Colombia and Ecuador (concurrent accreditation), besides protecting interests of Indian diaspora and providing consular, passport and visa services.

The Missions/Posts main portal and its sub-domain portals are now becoming one of the attracted sites among net-citizen. This has resulted in frequent access of portal and its sub-domains from various locations across the world. For this reason, Embassy intends that Embassy’s website and its sub-domains to host on a platform which provides enhanced security, auto-failover and redundancy features.
