COMMISSIONING OF DEFENCE SECTOR OF COLOMBIA - MARKET RESEARCH REPORT

1.      With reference to Tender Notice 4-BOG/202/8/2021 of the Embassy of India, Bogota for commissioning of Defence sector of Colombia - Market Research Report, published on 31 August 2022 on the Central procurement Portal of the Government of India and on the Website of the Embassy of India in Bogota (Colombia), the bidder can now submit the Tender both by post/ courier/ in-person and vide email.

2.     In view of the foregoing, Sections Bid System - Para d) and Terms & Conditions - Part v) have been suitably amended to include mode of submission of tender by email. The amended Tender document can be found HERE.

Under the following section of the Tender Notice 4-BOG/202/8/2021 of the Embassy of India, Bogota for commissioning of Defence sector of Colombia - Market Research report, published on 31 August 2022 on the Central procurement Portal of the Government of India and on the Website of the Embassy of India in Bogota (Colombia).

‘Eligibility Criteria:

b) The firm should have minimum 5 years of work experience in the market study field and the history of working on the Colombian market report’, the eligibility criteria is hereby changed to ‘minimum 4 years’ instead of ‘minimum 5 years’.

In view of the foregoing, ‘para b)’ under section, Eligibility Criteria, would read as follow:

‘Eligibility Criteria:

b) The firm should have minimum 4 years of work experience in the market study field and the history of working on the Colombian market report’
