NOTICE FOR CONSULAR CAMPS IN ECUADOR, MARCH 2020

The next Consular Camp is being held in Ecuador to provide consular services in Ecuador as per schedule below:

Passport/OCI/Visa: Applicants may please ensure that, application is first submitted ONLINE as outlined in the Embassy website (www.EoiBogota.GOV.IN) and come with a printout of the same application together with all the supporting documents, original deposit slip/receipt.

PCC/Attestation/Misc-services: Please bring the Misc. Services Form duly filled in, along with supporting documents and original deposit slip. The form can be downloaded from the Embassy page (https://www.eoibogota.gov.in/content/Application%20for%20Miscellaneous%20Services.pdf).

Applicants should deposit the appropriate fees (Fee for the required service + DHL fees to send back the Passports in case of Visa/Passport-renewal/OCI etc, PCCs/Attestations/Other-Misc-Services will be provided instantly on case to case basis, and such applicants need not pay DHL fees.) in Indian Embassy Account for any service, as per details below:

* The facility of providing papers/photocopying etc. is not available at the Venue of the Consular Camps.
