The Federation of Indian Export Organisations (FIEO), a key business organisation dedicated to promoting India’s international trade and strengthening business ties with global markets, is participating in the 26th edition of Expo CAMACOL 2026, taking place from 26 to 29 August 2026 in Medellín, Colombia.

Through its participation, FIEO is facilitating the presence of 23 Indian companies representing multiple sectors in construction industry, including building and construction, construction materials and machinery, architecture and design, among others, are participating in this year's edition. Their presence at the Expo provides an opportunity for Colombian companies and industry professionals to explore Indian products, technologies and solutions, as well as to establish mutually benefits business connections with their Indian counterparts.

Expo CAMACOL is one of the most important trade fairs in Colombia and one of the leading events in Latin America for the construction, building materials, architecture and design industries. The fair brings together companies, industry professionals, investors and business leaders from Colombia and international markets, providing an important platform for business networking, knowledge exchange and the development of new commercial opportunities.

The participation of Indian companies in Expo CAMACOL reflects the growing interest in strengthening India–Colombia trade and business relations, particularly in sectors with significant potential for cooperation and commercial exchange.

The Embassy of India in Colombia is supporting the participation of the Indian companies and encouraging Colombian businesses, industry associations, chambers of commerce and other stakeholders to visit the Indian exhibitors during the fair and explore potential opportunities for collaboration.
