ITEC SCHOLARSHIPS 2025-2026

The Indian Technical and Economic Cooperation Program (ITEC) was established on September 15th 1964, by the Indian Government, with the objective of establishing cooperation relations between developing countries. In Colombia the ITEC program was established in 2002. Following courses may be found at ITEC Portal.

ITEC SCHOLARSHIP COVERS:

  • Tuition fees
  • Accommodation

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS: 

  • Colombian or Ecuadorian nationality
  • Age range: Between 25 up to 45 years old
  • Minimum five years of experience in the field your applying for
  • English proficiency (minimum B2 in the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR) )
  • Fulfill the course and institute requirements
  • Being currently employed

The  application form, duly filled in and signed by the applicant, along with supporting documents must be sent in original to Embassy of India in Bogotá, Colombia. 

- Colombian candidates may send their application documents through ICETEX.

- Ecuadorian candidates may send their application documents through SENESCYT.
